I nostri vini

L’azienda Comaschi possiede vigneti dislocati in ben tre comuni dell’ Oltrepò Pavese : Cigognola, Castana e Pietra de Giorgi, qui nella viene tralasciato per confermare al massimo livello e sopratutto fin dalle origini la qualità del prodotto : le potature castigate, le concimazioni con solo sostanze naturali, la raccolta delle uve nel preciso momento della maturazione.
E’ quindi dall’ amore per la tradizione vinicola, dal costante impegno dei generazioni e dalle peculiari caratteristiche del territorio che prendono vita i pregiati vini dell’ Oltrepò Pavese  della Tenuta Comaschi.

BONARDA

PROVENIENZA : Ottenuto di uve cromatina e un 10% di uve barbera

PINOT NERO

Provenienza : 100% uve pinot nero

Colore : giallo paglierino intenso con lievi riflessi verdognoli

Profumo : intenso, delicato con decisa persistenza

Sapore : fine e aromatico

Abbinamento gastronomico : antipasti magri,minestre e piatti a base di pesce

BARBERA

PROVENIENZA : Ottenuto da uve Barbera e un 10% di uve croatina

COLORE : rosso rubino intenso e brillante

SAPORE : Secco, pieno e robusto

ABBINAMENTO GASTRONOMICO : arrosti di carni rosse e bianche, salumi misti, risotti e paste ben condite.

BUTTAFUOCO

Provenienza : 70% uve croatina, 20% uve barbera e 10% uve pinot nero.

Colore : rosso rubino con lance violacee

Profumo : intenso e persistente

Sapore : pieno e robusto

Abbinamento gastronomico : Arrosti di carni, pollame in umido, formaggi stagionati e pastasciutte ben condite.
